How To Use Our Grains

We want using our grains to be the simplest part of your day. All you have to do is Scoop, Mix and Cook!

For every tablespoon of BiaSol Super Milled Grains, you’ll get 10% of your recommended daily allowance (RDA) of fibre. Plus, it enhances recipes with a wholesome malt flavour and rich brown colour. Not bad for a by-product, hey?


Measure the recommended amount of BiaSol grains.

Now, time to mix!

Mix the grains into your food or recipe!.

Let's cook/eat.

Bake as per your recipe or simply enjoy as part of your dish.


We recommend 1 - 3 tablespoons for recipes like:

  • Smoothies

  • Soups/Sauces

  • Pancakes

  • Porridge

We recommend 5 - 7 tablespoons for recipes like:

  • Breads

  • Cookies/Brownies
