Chocolate Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 135g smooth peanut butter

  • 80g maple syrup

  • 60g Oats

  • 40g cocoa powder

  • 40g BiaSol Morning Glory Grains

  • 25g shredded coconut

  • Handful of dark chocolate chips

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.

  2. Scoop and roll mixture into balls and pop into the fridge.

  3. Leave to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours then enjoy.
