Moroccan Inspired Hamburgers


  • 350g beef or lamb mince

  • 1/2 a small onion

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 25g coriander

  • 25g paprika

  • 30g BiaSol Whole Fibre Grains

  • 15g cumin

  • 15g ginger

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 5g cinnamon


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, evenly distributing the spices and herbs into the meat

  2. Shape the meat into patties

  3. Cook on a medium heat, until fully cooked

  4. Serve with your toppings of choice
