Banana And Maple Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 20g of Whole Fibre Grains

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 180g of oats

  • 60ml maple syrup

  • 60ml of vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp of baking powder

  • 1 tsp of baking soda

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

Toppings:

  • chocolate chips

  • raspberries / blueberries

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/ 356°F/ gas mark 4.

  2. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend!

  3. Spoon mixture into muffin cases and add your toppings.

  4. Pop tray in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
