Pizza Dough

Ingredients:

  • 280g of greek yoghurt

  • 125g self-raising flour

  • 30g of Whole Fibre Grians

Method:

  1. Mix yoghurt and flour in a bowl until the mixture is a dough.

  2. Roll out the dough to the shape and size you would like on a floured surface. Brush dough with some oil.

  3. Cook dough for 10 minutes in a preheated oven (200C/ 392F/ gas mark 6)

  4. Add your sauce and toppings and cook for a further 10 minutes.
