2 cans of unsalted pink salmon
1 large egg
2 tbsp coriander
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp hot sauce
30g BiaSol Whole Fibre Grains
1/4 tsp of pepper
2 lemon wedges
Add salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, coriander, mayonnaise, hot sauce, BiaSol Whole Fibre Grains and pepper to a bowl.
Mix all ingredients together and form into individual patties.
Pop your salmon cakes into the air fryer for 12 minutes at 200C until golden brown.
Squeeze some lemon on top of the salmon cakes when fully cooled.
