Ingredients :

  • 60g frozen strawberries

  • 1 medium banana (frozen)

  • 150ml almond milk or dairy milk

  • 2 scoop of yoghurt

  • 30g of Morning Glory Grains

  • blueberries (topping)

Method :

  1. In a blender add the strawberries, banana, milk, yoghurt and Morning Glory Grains.

  2. Blend until smooth and thick.

  3. Empty into a bowl and top with chopped fruit, you can add granola and any topping that you like. ENJOY !
