60g frozen strawberries
1 medium banana (frozen)
150ml almond milk or dairy milk
2 scoop of yoghurt
30g of Morning Glory Grains
In a blender add the strawberries, banana, milk, yoghurt and Morning Glory Grains.
Blend until smooth and thick.
Empty into a bowl and top with chopped fruit, you can add granola and any topping that you like. ENJOY !
