60g Brew Flour
45g brown sugar
1tsp baking powder
60g dark choc chips
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons milk
3 medium mashed bananas
1 tsp vanilla essence
Preheat the oven to 175C/350F/gas mark 4.
Line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
Mash the bananas together.
In a large bowl combine sugar, butter, milk, egg, vanilla, bananas and mix well.
In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the bowl with the wet ingredients. With a wooden spoon or spatula, stir to combine, stopping as soon as the flour disappears. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the lined baking dish and bake for 25 mins.
Let cool fully, cut into squares and enjoy!
Note: This is a delicious moist recipe. These are great when kept in the fridge for the night and enjoyed with a cuppa for the next mid morning snack!
