150g Brew Flour
150g All purpose flour
2 tsp bread yeast
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp salt
Add all purpose flour, sugar, yeast, salt together and mix well.
Add Brew Flour to the mixture. Use a mixer or electric whisk on a low setting for 3 minutes to gradually add in water and oil.
Mix until ball forms, add flour if needed to form soft but not sticky dough.
Rub ball with oil and put in a bowl and cover. Leave for 2-3 hours to rise.
Cut in half. Flour surface and knead and roll out to form base.
Add tomato or BBQ base and add your favourite toppings!
Bake for 20mins at 220C/ 425F/ gas mark 7.
Note: this recipe makes two 10/12inch pizza bases depending on how fine you roll your base. Using Brew Flour gives the base a more wholesome colour and a denser texture. This pizza will have you feeling fuller for longer.
