Tuna Fritters


  • 1 tin of tuna

  • 20g of Super Milled Grains

  • 15g of plain flour

  • 2 large eggs

  • Any vegetables of your liking, we used 1/2 of each medium sized vegetable.


  1. Combine vegetables, tuna, flour and Super Milled Grains in a bowl.

  2. Mix in two beaten eggs.

  3. Add heaped spoonful's of the mix onto the pan and cook on a medium heat.
