Protein balls

Ingredients:
170g Oats
45g BiaSol Super Milled Grains
70g mixed nuts
2 scoops vanilla protein
2 tbsp peanut butter, 28g
2 tbsp honey, 28g
2 tbsp milk
14g Chia seeds
1 tsp coconut oil
50g 85% dark chocolate
Pinch of salt
Topping/coating
75g 85% dark chocolate
Optional- Desiccated coconut
Method:
Add 2 tbsp peanut butter and 2 tbsp honey into a bowl and mix them together, add in milk.
Add all other dry ingredients into another bowl: 170g oats, 70g mixed nuts, 45g Biasol Super Milled Grains, 2 scoops vanilla whey protein and 50g chopped dark chocolate.
Combine both mixtures and mix well.
Roll mixture into small balls.
Melt 75g dark chocolate with 1 tsp of coconut oil.
Drizzle chocolate on top or roll balls in chocolate, let set and then enjoy!!
