Protein balls

  • 170g Oats

  • 45g BiaSol Super Milled Grains

  • 70g mixed nuts

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter, 28g

  • 2 tbsp honey, 28g

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 14g Chia seeds

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • 50g 85% dark chocolate

  • Pinch of salt


  • 75g 85% dark chocolate

  • Optional- Desiccated coconut


  1. Add 2 tbsp peanut butter and 2 tbsp honey into a bowl and mix them together, add in milk.

  2. Add all other dry ingredients into another bowl: 170g oats, 70g mixed nuts, 45g Biasol Super Milled Grains, 2 scoops vanilla whey protein and 50g chopped dark chocolate.

  3. Combine both mixtures and mix well.

  4. Roll mixture into small balls.

  5. Melt 75g dark chocolate with 1 tsp of coconut oil.

  6. Drizzle chocolate on top or roll balls in chocolate, let set and then enjoy!!
