Super milled grains pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 100g egg white

  • 50g whole egg

  • 100g 0% fat greek yoghurt

  • 1 medium banana

  • 50g oats

  • 30g Super Milled Grains

  • 5g baking powder

  • pinch of salt


Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Pour onto a medium heated pan in silver dollar sized servings.

  3. Serve with desired toppings and enjoy!
